Ray and Leslie Thompson are third generation farmers of the property known as Tunanui Station. Rays grand parents Fred and Annie, started farming a small block of 200 acres 90 years ago. Each gerneration has developed and bought adjoining land.


Today the property is 1200 hectares (3200 acres) in size, farming 2000 cattle and 2000 sheep and 1500 goats. Along with 14 horses and 5 working dogs and 1 Fox Terrier.
